This policy describes information handled by The 10 Game iOS app and this support website. For support or privacy requests, contact the app developer at stevelang87@gmail.com.

Game progress and preferences

The app stores campaign progress, XP, scores, recent runs, selected appearances and a nearby-play nickname on your device. You do not need to create an app account for solo play. We do not operate a separate server that stores your solo game history. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. The app checks verified purchase entitlements to unlock content and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own privacy policy.

Playing with friends and rankings

Nearby matches use Apple's local networking services. Your chosen nickname, connection identifiers, game questions, answers, response times and scores are exchanged with the other player to run the match. Online friend matches use Apple Game Center, which handles your player identity and connection. Scores may be submitted to Game Center when online rankings are available and you are signed in. Other players can see the player information needed for these features. We do not provide an in-app chat or upload your photos; character backgrounds are fictional generated images.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google AdMob for banner advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform for consent and privacy choices. Ads are limited to solo results screens. The Remove Ads purchase disables these banners once its entitlement is verified.

Google's advertising services may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, security and service improvement. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no information is processed. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission or permission to access precise location.

Where applicable, a consent message lets you make choices before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices through Ad privacy choices in the app's help screen. Details about provider practices are available in Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising data disclosure.

This website and support emails

This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, contact form or app account login added by us. The hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP address and browser request information, to deliver and secure the site. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use those messages to respond, resolve problems and handle privacy requests.

Sharing, storage and retention

Information is handled by Apple for purchases and Game Center, Google for advertising and consent, our website host for delivery, and email providers for support correspondence. These services may process information outside your country under their own terms and safeguards. We do not operate a business selling your game history or support correspondence.

Local progress remains until it is removed from the device; deleting the app removes its local storage, although backups and third-party records may remain. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve your request, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable obligations. Apple and Google determine retention for records held by their services.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional permissions, choose available ad privacy options, stop using Game Center features, and remove the app's local data by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not cancel or erase your Apple purchase history. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights regarding information we hold. We may need to verify your request. For data held by Apple or Google, use their privacy controls or contact them directly. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
